Quizlet doesn't offer a free, one-tap export to a format every app can read — plain-text/CSV export is a paid Quizlet feature. The free workaround is Quizlet's own Print option, which anyone can use to generate a PDF of a set. Atom Translate reads that PDF directly and pulls out the terms and translations for you — no retyping required.
One thing to keep in mind: the import itself always happens in the Atom Translate app on your phone. You can create the PDF on a computer if that's easier, but you'll need to get it onto your phone to finish the import (see Step 2 below). A full desktop/web version of Atom Translate is planned, but it isn't available yet.
The short version:
On quizlet.com, open your set → ⋯ → Print → keep the Table layout → save the PDF
Make sure that PDF ends up on your phone (skip this if you exported it there already)
In Atom Translate, open the folder to import into → ⋯ → Import from Quizlet → Choose exported PDF file... → review the words → Import
Quizlet's Print option works the same way on a computer or a phone — it opens a generated PDF of the set instead of sending anything to an actual printer. Do this step on whichever device is easier; if you use a computer, you'll just need to move the resulting PDF to your phone before Step 3.
On a computer
Open your set on quizlet.com and click the ⋯ (more) menu in the top-right corner.
Choose Print from the menu that opens.
Quizlet opens a print preview. On the left, leave the Table layout selected — that's the format Atom Translate is built to read. On the right, use the download icon in the preview's toolbar (next to the printer icon) to save the PDF straight to your computer — you don't need your system's print dialog at all.

On a phone
Open your set in Quizlet (browser or app) and tap the ⋯ menu.
Tap Print from the menu that opens.
Your phone opens a "Save as PDF" screen. Tap the round PDF button to save the file — it lands in your Downloads.
The screenshots below are from Android; the underlying Quizlet steps — ⋯ then Print — are the same on iPhone, though the exact save screen will look different.

Get the PDF onto your phone
Atom Translate's Quizlet import currently only runs in the phone app, so if you created the PDF on a computer, get it onto your phone before continuing — email it to yourself and open the attachment, save it to a cloud drive (Google Drive, iCloud Drive) and open it from there, or send it over with AirDrop / Nearby Share. If you already exported the PDF on your phone in Step 1, it's already in your Downloads or Files app, so you can skip straight to Step 3.

Import the PDF into Atom Translate
Open Atom Translate on your phone and go to the folder you want to add the words to — create a new one first if you don't have one yet (Library → + → New Folder).
Open that folder, then tap the ⋯ button in the top-right corner.
Tap Import from Quizlet.
Tap Choose exported PDF file... and pick the PDF you saved from Quizlet — from Downloads, Files, or wherever you saved or moved it to.
Atom Translate scans the file and opens a Review words screen listing every term/translation pair it found, all checked by default. Uncheck anything you don't want to bring in.
Tap Import [number] words. Your words are added straight to that folder, ready for flashcards, quiz, writing, or matching mode.
Open the folder, then tap "⋯".Tap "Import from Quizlet".Tap "Choose exported PDF file...".Review the parsed words, then tap "Import".
Tips for a clean import
Keep the Table layout when exporting from Quizlet — that's the format Atom Translate is built to read. Other layouts (Glossary, or the Small/Medium/Large flashcard sizes) aren't guaranteed to parse the same way.
The PDF needs to be text-based, not a photo or scan — Quizlet's Print/Save-as-PDF output always is, but a picture of your screen won't work.
You don't need "Print images" turned on in Quizlet's print options — Atom Translate only reads the text, so leaving it off keeps the file smaller.
Double-check the Review words list before confirming — uncheck or fix anything that came out wrong, or clean it up afterwards in your library.
Troubleshooting
I don't see "Import from Quizlet" in the menu
Make sure you opened the ⋯ menu from inside a folder, not from the Library home screen or the Translate tab — the option only appears there. If it's still missing, make sure the app is updated to the latest version, or contact support with your app version and platform.
Some words are missing or look wrong after import
This usually means the PDF wasn't exported with the Table layout. Go back to Quizlet, re-export with Table selected, and try importing again. You can also fix individual words on the Review words screen before confirming, or edit them afterwards in your library.
Atom Translate says the file couldn't be read
Make sure it's a genuine PDF saved through Quizlet's Print option — not a screenshot, a Word document, or a renamed file.
I made the PDF on my computer — how do I get it into the app?
See Step 2 above: email it to yourself, save it to a cloud drive (Google Drive, iCloud Drive), or AirDrop / Nearby Share it to your phone, then pick it from the file picker in Step 3.
I'd rather not use Quizlet at all
You can always add words manually, or use Import from CSV if you already have your vocabulary in a spreadsheet — see the Help Center FAQ for details.
